PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE. A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (“THE USER”) AND Blackboots.org.

By accessing, browsing and/or using this website, you (the “User”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, the laws governing your local community and state, and will honor copyright laws. Please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of this website following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

You, the User, hereby certify, state, and agree to the following:

1. You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal right to possess and view adult material in your community (domestic and/or international) and do not object to the viewing of sexually explicit materials and do not find images of nude males, nude males engaged in sexual acts, or any other sexual material to be offensive or objectionable.

2. You will use the contents of this website for the sole purpose of your own personal, non-commercial entertainment and will NOT display the contents to minors. You will keep intact all copyright notices and/or watermarking (branding) of all photographs, images, logos, video clips. You will make no modifications to the materials. You will not use the materials in a manner that suggests an association with our website, products, materials or services. Nor will you download or copy the Blackboots.org logo for use on any other website, event (public or private), any advertising, or use on promotional products without written permission from Blackboots.org. “Blackboots”, “Blackboots.org” and the Blackboots.org logo are property of Blackboots.org/Mixed Signals.

3. You will honor copyright laws. All photographs, images, graphics, text/stories on this website are copyrighted and owned by Blackboots.org/Mixed Signals. You will not download, reproduce, distribute, sell or repost them and/or charge for viewing, on any other site without written permission from Blackboots.org/Mixed Signals.

4. You understand that Blackboots.org/Mixed Signals is the owner of this website for purposes of copyright and other laws. Ownership of this website and it’s entire contents is protected by copyright and other applicable laws, and any illegal and unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, downloading, reposting, selling or charging for viewing is a violation of copyright laws and will be subject to criminal as well as civil liability. This includes video clips (QuickTime or other). Federal law provides civil and criminal penalities for the unauthorized distribution, reproduction and/or exhibition of copyrighted materials. (Title 17 United States Code Sections 501 & 506)

5. This website and all contents herein are also copyrighted under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to Service Providers Designated Agent or contact Blackboots.org/Mixed Signals by e-mail at: pud@blackboots.org

6. You, the User, will not modify, adapt, translate, exhibit, publish, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, publicly display or in any way exploit, any of the content, materials or service in whole or in part. To reproduce any of the materials found on this website, requires prior written permission of Blackboots.org/Mixed Signals. Blackboots.org/Mixed Signals uses electronic watermarking (branding) on it’s images. We will agressively prosecute you if you download images to publish, sale, reproduce, distribute or charge for access to our material on other sites, without written permission. This includes foreign countries that do not honor our copyright laws.

7. You are not a webmaster of any other website seeking pictures or materials.

8. If you “bookmark” to a page on this website whereby this User Agreement (Terms of Use) is by-passed, such action will constitue implicit acceptance of the Terms of Use contained in the User Agreement.

9. You are not associated with any law-enforcement, postal or political action organization (religious, media or otherwise), agency, or body, at the local, county, state, federal, or international, or any other jurisdictional level, viewing this site for the purpose of legal action against Blackboots.org or anyone appearing on this website.

10. You understand that if a minor in your custody accesses this website and you file any complaints on any level, we, in turn, will report you as an “unfit” parent(s) and/or legal custodian(s) to your local Children’s Protective Agency and will also alert media outlets in your community.
Heterosexual husbands caught accessing this site by their wives will be laughed at.

11. Any and all threats against this website, including but not limited to, unwanted materials, e-mails, spam, junk mail, unsolicited advertisements, promotional information of any nature, will be reported to your ISP and traced to the owner/user of said ISP and charges filed with your local authorities.

12. Blackboots.org does not currently charge money for general access to it’s website. However, this could change in the future. Blackboots.org will give advance notice of any plans to start charging for it’s general service or enhanced features.

13. Submissions (photographs, images, stories, graphics, illustrations, etc.) are encouraged, however, by sending them to Blackboots.org, via e-mail or regular mail, you understand that such material submitted may be used on our website and that particular material(s) may be copyrighted under our name, per use on the website only. We have to right to enhance or edit any submissions. This includes images for quality, color correction, cropping, editing for size limitations or graphically correcting/altering images, using them in a composite with other images or for promotional use.

14. This website is provided by Blackboots.org on an “as is” basis and use of this website is at the User’s own risk. Blackboots.org makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this website. Blackboots.org/Mixed Signals will not be liable for damages of any kind or injury of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of this website, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental punitive and consequential damages. Blackboots.org/Mixed Signals does not warrant that this site will be uninterrupted or error-free or that this website or the server is free from viruses or other harmful material components. Blackboots.org/Mixed Signals does not make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of the website or as to the accuracy, reliability, or content of any information, service, or merchandise provided through the website. User (and not Blackboots.org) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair and/or connection.

15. Blackboots.org does not sell or provide personal information to any third parties or other sources. Nor do we currently accept advertising at this time. Although we support our “family of fetishes”, groups, organizations, etc., this is done for legal purposes. We have no control of the contents of such sites, any association with such parties, or illegal material and/or services provided or endorsed by such sites, including sites that are “re-directed” to other sites. NO ONE is authorized to represent “Blackboots.org” decisions regarding rights, use of this website, any photo images, materials, exhibition, distribution, promotional items, reproduction or use of the Blackboots.org gear logo, sales of such items, legal representations and/or endorsements of any kind, including public or private events, sponsor and/or endorsements for any individual, company, organization or group. Permission is granted only in writing through our website at Blackboots.org.

16. Blackboots.org uses third parties for certain services such as PayPal, CafePress, for payment and merchandise transactions and distribution. Blackboots.org is not responsible for any error or problems involving these services. The User will deal with these agencies directly, involving any errors or services related to them or credit/financial disputes.

17. Regarding International merchandise and/or materials being shipped or mailed: we are NOT responsible for lost, misdirected, or materials seized by foreign customs or postal authorities. We register all merchandise/material for documentation proof, prior to sending. Therefore, once it leaves our country, we have absolutely no control of it whatsoever. We will not replace or re-send merchandise/material unless you provide shipping insurance on each original order.

18. Blackboots.org, it’s affiliates, or third parties are not responsible for any contacts or incidents whatsoever resulting from such contacts with those placing personal ads or services on the website, nor does this website endorse individuals, behavior, services, activities, affiliations, events, products or views of those parties.

19. Finally, you acknowledge and certify that: (a) you have read the above portion of this Agreement in it’s entirety; (b) you agree to all of its terms and conditions stated above; (c) you are 21 years of age or older; (d) you are not violating the law by accessing or viewing, using or ordering materials contained on this website; and (e) you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Blackboots.org harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages (including attorneys fees and associated costs) and other costs and expenses arising in connection with your visit to or use of this website and/or your purchase or offer to purchase any of the products and services offered on this website.
